At Eboracum®, we are offering free Key Holding for three months to any York business to provide reassurance and resilience.
After three months, there is no obligation to stay with us but if you do choose to stay with us, its just £1 per day.
How does it work?
Its actually quite simple. Eboracum hold your keys securely along with a profile of information relating to your premises (ie. alarm information, key contacts, etc).
You will then inform your alarm monitoring company that Eboracum are to be called in the event of an activation.
In the event of an alarm call-out, our mobile team will attend and deal with the reason for the call-out. We'll provide you with an electronic report via email the next day. If we find something that needs your approval/authorisation (ie. a broken window needs boarding up), we will call one of your key contacts.
You can also provide us with your own escalation plan/instructions that we will follow in the event of a call-out.
It means that you and your team will get a good night's sleep knowing that we are on stand-by and will deal with any call-out. False alarms will be resolved without contacting you so there's no need to be awoken in the middle of the night.
Our Team are SIA Licensed, trained and vetted inline with BS7858.
