How does it work?

Alarm Call Received!
Your alarm monitoring company (or alarm) will tell us about an activation. This is normally via a telephone call, or via our alarm receiving app. You can choose alternative methods of alerting us if you wish.

Deployment
Our control team contact our SIA Licensed response operatives and provide them with all of the pre-obtained site details and codes. The operative collects the site keys from our secure facility and attends the site as per the bespoke escalation procedures.

Outcome & Follow up
The attendance is then dealt with inline with bespoke procedures. We only call our clients if pre-arranged, or in the event of an emergency or something which requires client decisions. This means we don't disturb you for false alarms.

Reporting
All attendances are logged via an online report which is sent to any email inboxes nominated by you.
Bespoke Response Plan
We follow a bespoke escalation plan which is agreed with our customers, specific to the site being attended.
We have our own response plan templates to make set-up simple and easy.
